    1. I think the penis i not a muscle, but it work because has a similiar behavior. The man need to rest, not making the excercie 7 days, 5 days on and 2 off is good, for rest and grow.

    1. You have to warmp up first, in the same way you ecxercie your body, you can do it with a warn towell, and then start the exercises. Anyway, over time the excercies wilo go easiest.
